Roar Around Terms & Conditions

  1. Bookings & Payments

  • All bookings must be made in advance via our website, phone, or email.

  • Payment is required at the time of booking to secure your session or party.

  • We accept payment via credit/debit card, EFT, or other approved methods.

  1. Cancellations & Refunds

We use your information to:

  • Cancellations made 48 hours or more before the booking will receive a full refund.

  • Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the booking are non-refundable.

  • Roar Around reserves the right to cancel sessions due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., maintenance, safety concerns), in which case a full refund or rescheduling will be offered.

  1. Age & Supervision

  • Roar Around is designed for children aged 0–16 years.

  • Children must be supervised by a parent or guardian at all times.

  • Parents/guardians are responsible for their child’s safety, behaviour, and wellbeing during their visit.

  1. Health & Safety

  • Children with contagious illnesses or injuries may not participate.

  • Roar Around staff may refuse entry to any child deemed unwell or unsafe.

  • All play equipment must be used responsibly and according to posted safety instructions.

  1. Liability

  • Roar Around is not liable for any injuries, accidents, or lost/stolen personal belongings.

  • By entering Roar Around, parents/guardians accept the inherent risks associated with play activities.

  1. Photography & Media

  • Roar Around may take photos or videos during events or play sessions for promotional purposes.

  • If you do not wish your child to be included in media, please inform us in writing prior to your visit.

  1. Code of Conduct

  • Aggressive or disruptive behaviour will not be tolerated.

  • Staff reserve the right to ask any child or parent/guardian to leave if rules are not followed.

  1. Changes to Terms

  • Roar Around reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time.
